Professional Frustration, Spiritual Gifts, and the Practice of Loving Service
What might the concern you carry invite you to contribute?

The question at the center
A concern deserves an accurate description. A contribution deserves a loving manner and an honest review.
A Christian reflective book about the concerns that arise in professional life and the loving contributions those concerns may invite. Through Scripture, illustrative situations, and practical discernment, readers explore progress, responsibility, leadership, administration, teaching, encouragement, care, giving, wisdom, faith, and shared service.
Professional frustrations can suggest questions for discernment. They do not establish a spiritual gift, a divine instruction, or another person’s motives.
All narrative situations in the book are illustrative. The work offers a Christian practice of reflection grounded in Scripture, practical responsibility, and accountable community.
