OPENING
We arrive as we are.
We release the pressure to perform insight.
We make room for language, silence, recognition, and surprise.
May the words we read illuminate what is ready to be seen.
May the words we share be carried with dignity.
May each person retain freedom in what they offer and what they keep private.
May this gathering help us move with greater clarity, compassion, and courage.

OPTIONAL FAITH-BASED OPENING
God of wisdom and mercy, quiet what is hurried within us. Give us attention for the words before us, humility toward one another, and discernment for the movement entrusted to each person. Amen.

CLOSING
We gather what became clear.
We honor what remains unfinished.
We release what belongs to another person’s story.
We carry one living spark from this circle into the choices before us.
May reflection become understanding, understanding become courage, and courage take a humane form in daily life.

God who meets us in Scripture, story, silence, and community, guard what was shared with care. Lead each person in wisdom and peace, and give proportionate strength for the next faithful step. Amen.
