A note before reading
In From Parts to Pattern, workplace friction, gifts, strengths, contribution, evidence, and responsible realignment become patterns a reader can see and test. The imagery serves as a second language of meaning, giving relationship, atmosphere, movement, and scale to ideas that prose carries in sequence.
The range of imagination grows from the range of the work itself.
