Begin with shared purpose
Community agreements become meaningful when they serve a clear purpose. Name the circle as a place for attentive reading, honest reflection, generous conversation, and lived integration. This shared direction helps participants understand the spirit behind each agreement.
Read the agreements aloud at the beginning of a new group and revisit them as the community grows. A brief recurring reminder can renew the quality of the room.
Protect ownership and dignity
Invite participants to speak from personal experience and to let each person interpret her own life. Sharing remains voluntary, and passing remains a complete form of participation. Confidentiality protects stories that belong within the circle.
Advice enters through consent. A listener can ask whether the speaker welcomes reflection, questions, support, or simple witnessing. This small practice preserves agency.
Make room for many voices

Close each session by gathering what became clear and releasing what remains unfinished. The agreement continues beyond conduct; it shapes how the community carries insight with care.
